Rio Flush Fit Windows
REHAU’s Rio Flush Fit windows are becoming a popular alternative to casements.
They are characterised by openers that close flush with the frame giving a sleek, modern look. This clean, minimalist design makes them visually appealing for both contemporary and traditional homes.
Often they are used to mimic timber windows whilst benefitting from the durability, security and energy efficiency of uPVC.
Features
They are offered in a variety of standard colours: White; White Grain on White Grain; Turner Oak on Turner Oak; Anthracite Grey on White; and Anthracite Grey on Anthracite Grey.
Customers may select one of three key-locking handle finishes—Standard, Monkey Tail, or Teardrop. Gear options include a hinge range with Standard, Fire Escape, and Easiclean choices, and locking is provided by Twincam.
The full range of S706 ancillaries is compatible.
Astragal bars can be supplied in bar length from the Georgian Bar Company’s Versatility and Simplicity ranges; glazed products and end-milled astragal bars are not available.

Energy Ratings
Saving energy, cutting costs
Choosing replacement windows or doors in uPVC helps to make a home more energy efficient and reduces heating costs. Not only that, REHAU’s highly durable uPVC window and door systems combine outstanding standards in energy efficiency and performance.
Windows are now assessed with an easy to recognise A-G energy rating, similar to that used on household appliances like fridges, dishwashers and washing machines.
Windows manufactured from REHAU systems can proudly display the Energy Saving Recommended logo because they meet the highest A-C ratings (further information is available at www.bfrc.org).
REHAU’s uPVC windows, when installed with the appropriate glazing unit, also comply with the latest building regulations and score highly on the energy assessment needed should you wish to sell your home.
